Founding partners Hans-Jochen Otto, Gabriele Fontane and Jochen Mittag brought together more than twenty years of experience to form the firm in early 2009. Since then, they have built a team of experts with a strong reputation for advising on M&A and private equity transactions, as well as banking and financial matters.

Lindsay Griffiths is the International Lawyers Network’s Executive Director. Griffiths excels at project management, organization, and planning, writes and speaks with influence and authority, and works independently while demonstrating flexibility in thinking, especially in challenging situations. She also adapts to diverse and dynamic environments with constant assessment and recalibration.
